Marketing 101 says to keep this part brief. But we believe the best companies evolve from the best stories. And, we've got a story to tell, so we hope you'll give us a listen.
Rural Reformation was founded recently, but the company evolved over a long expanse of time. Imagine a gal that grew-up and moved away from rural Indiana to a state with ginormous property values, California. In California, nothing stays the same. It's a state that moves and evolves and changes to keep up with its fast-paced residents. But everytime that same gal came back to her beloved Midwest, one thing in rural Indiana never changed much--property values--especially those in poorer or more repressed, rural communities where people struggle to keep the lights on and a roof overhead.
What's more, over 27 years that same gal watched one historically significant building after the next, gutted, modernized (badly), and eventually left vacant or permanently lost and void of its original architectural identity and intent.
And so a company was born, Rural Reformation. With one single mission: to identify and rehabilitate structures in rural America that were almost lost, but still have enduring value. Our goal is to identify and rehab these properties back to their potential with investors who want to strike a deal with us on projects we own.
With a modern and cost-conscientious approach, we'll rehabilitate properties, one-by-one, while never compromising quality. Our team of investors, architects, builders, interior designers, and creative professionals carefully evaluate each project to both maximize their potential and to adhere to the constraints of working with these early American properties.
